Well it's geared that we can boot him out the door come October apparently, ball is also rolling for me to become team leader too with a nice little payrise but that can't happen until he's gone. This move for me will alos upset 2 of the guys in the team that are the same grade as me but will feel like it should have been them, but my boss knows who gets the work done and is best customer facing
So I'm just sticking it out at the moment.

Enjoy the day, enjoy the time with your son, magic time, I missed out big time last week, as I was too ill to sit with my son, I tried to make the most of it, but I've got another chance in August with some luck.
I realised over the last few days, that going by current trends that mine's the next highest post count to potentally get to 10,000 unless I get beaten at the last minute by a frivolous poster.
Trouble is,with over 2000 posts to go, with my current post rate, I doubt I'll be able to do that.:doh
I guess I could harp on about owning my Mav for 22 years since new, that's been good for half of my posts so far lol...

Edit... just done the maths, at an average post rate of 2 per day, that's over 1000 days of posts, wow 3 years, hmmm need a serious talk to my oncologist, he has some more research and treatment to prescribe. :lol :lol
