2nd Battery placement options

Just purchased another Terrano but a 03 SWB this time. Will be used as a workhorse rather than a cruiser.

Anyway - I want to put in a 2nd battery and split charge relay. Anyone got a suggestion for placing the second battery?

dont know about swb but om lwb there is a nice space in the ns wheel arch

Yeah on some models theres space behind left hand headlamp opposite side of car to main battery. However I think on some of them they stuck the washer bottle there instead. Also check with your insurance company as most class it as a mod though I see you are in Spain so may be different across there.
