No one has stepped forward to put their name forward to organise the middle earth meet or northern meet so I will just sort out the southern one.
I need to know approx numbers of people attending.
Please respond with the following details

Vehicle attending type
Amount of people
Tent/Tin tent or staying off site?

Please keep in mind that in the evening we will need to be back from laneing by 9:30pm or the vehicles will get locked out until the morning.

is this the Enfield meet? if so yes Maggs and I are in with a hired tin tent, Rick

Yes Rick, this is the Enfield meet but will probably need a minimum amount of vehicles and to gain interest from perhaps future member it maybe prudent to have a variety of vehicles that this forum represents.
So anyone with patrols, navara, X-trails etc etc are more than welcome, also highly modded trucks would catch the eye

I'm wanting to be in but can't be definate as the kids have camps and activities come up all the time and that's a long way off.
There's me and Shellie and up to 5 boys if they all come and 26' caravan pulled by the Trol.

Jules the girls and I and maybe the mother n law will be able to make it and we'll be bringing our tin tent on the back of our completely standard terrano so Florence shouldn't be too nervous. [emoji38]

Just looking for numbers for the Enfield pageant at the moment rocky.
If you fancy it pm me with vehicle details, caravan or tent and quantity of people coming.
It's not a dead certainty as we will need a minimum number of people to make up a club stand.
And possibly may be to late to book another club now but I will find that out today.

Booking form

Only 10 spaces/vehicles per club allowed according to the booking form so be quick.
Vehicle , year, reg no and owners name required as well as money for camping passes.
Tent and tin tent under 21ft overall length £20 and over 21ft will be £40
No vehicle movement on site after dark or 9pm ( whatever comes first I guess)
And we will have to have a club banner, so if anyone wants to design one and get it printed go for it!
The cost of the banner will have to be divided equally between participants to be fair.
Perhaps get some leaflets printed to hand out as well, again cost to be divided unless bat wants to dip into the fund and pay for this sites promotion ������
If we could get a selection of vehicles on the stand it would be great.
From the standard to the awsome off roader!
It can only be good for the forum.

Sorry guys and girls, there doesn't seem to be the interest that there should be for a southern meet up.
It is a shame but I won't be organising this one any more.
If you do want to still go you will have to download the forms and DIY.
