2016 May change things eh?

Well its been some time since there was a huge gathering of club members.
So how about it for 2016?
We could pick an event where they allow camping and we could have our own section there.
I know Enfield car pageant welcomes clubs to exhibit and camp over and i am sure that there will be loads of other shows up and down the country that would also welcome our friendly club.
Who would be up for a meet up?
there could be three meets perhaps.
1 x north
1 x south
1 x national

what say ye???

Even just a social weekend away but yes I agree that's a good idea. Mind you easy for me to say but I do a lot of voluntary work for a youth organisation so don't seem to have a lot of free weekends. I love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world though.

I'd be up for that.
Happy to meet up north, maybe make one of the Yorkshire green lane meets a regular focal point.
Also suggest the Overland Adventure show in stratford as a national meet.
I might even venture south to Enfield for the hat trick.

Well well well said the wet pussy cat!

I need some volunteers then.

Are there any peeps out there that could organize a northern meet up and obviously a midland meet up.

They can be where ever you want but has to be at an already established and organised event that will attract other people to like overland adventure.

The events will stop us all from kicking around camp for a day or two and if you have a family to bring you could enjoy your time by doing things at the events.

I would be honoured to heads up a southern meet up for the soft southerners in sunny Enfield at the Pageant next year.

Obviously there will be a cost but not sure, but on the plus side i can lay on a hog roast for all attending.

I'd love a laneing weekend as well but have to get my truck back from Rick and start prepping it for lanes first of all. There's plenty of time for that though if we are talking 2016

I like the idea of a big club meet bud but I think you could be pushing to get enough people for 3 meets :nenau

Used to have, remember there were stuff displayed at the national rally's all those years ago but probably lost by now I suppose.

Maybe time for a refresh now anyway and possibly new ones anyway that could be sent to and from people up and down the country that are going to organise events like this.
Promotional/advertising stuff can only do good for growing the club and getting this forum rocking again.
