Hi guys jus wanting to raise the truck a little got 2" spring spacers already just want that bit extra for the wheel not to scrub and wondered how much work will It be to fit 1" lift ?

Not worried about bumpers but am worried about the steering thingy and any potential pipes that need extending oh and the gear lever !!

With doing a 1" lift will the steering thingy and gear lever be an issue or can I just leave them alone ?

And finally will a 1" body lift work ok with my 2" spring spacers ?

.

I'm running 31x10.5 x15 on hilux wheels

But I want that bit extra lift an space for them not too scrub over deep bumps

same as i'm running but i get no scrapes etc. have you trimmed your flaps and bumper?

.

Yep trimmed bumper and removed mud flaps completely and whacked the seems in.

Now I just wanna lift it so I don't have to worry bout it when I'm off road and a body lift is my easiest option not to mention the option of some bigger tyres at a later date

.

So all I have to do is loosen the steering joint and Regis the 4wd gear selector and fan cowling and away I go ?

.

Guys are there any pics of what needs loosening and on my lwb there are 10 altogether but the bolts slap bang in the middle of the sill have a bolt that screws up into the chassis rather than nuts that undo ??

How do the bolts come out ??

Do they come out when you lift the body away from the chassis And then chuck the new ones in before you lower it ?.

Also do the blocks sit on top of the rubber ones ?

Sorry guys but will be doing this for the first time and I don't want to mess it up!!
