    my new terrano

Well this poor terrano was sold on to a guy to use it on a farm. It wasn't the welding that decided It but all the other problems that cropped up with it. Shame as it was a nice truck but financially to far gone to justify. Still, onwards and upward, looking for another to replace him.

    Lead Acid circulatory air pump

That sounds like a great life and something I aspire to. We have solar panels but only enough to heat the water, and a log burner for heat. My wife is a lecturer at a countryside collage and the arb and forestry section keeps us topped up with logs, plus I live right by a forest which is great...

    I had a break

Thanks for the nice replies chaps. My health is something I have lived with for a very long time. The mix of drugs I take these days generally keep me ok but there are times when they aren't enough and it's time then to take myself out of things for a while and just go with it. Never fun but it...

    Male Cancers

Just read through this. Glad to hear you are post op and back home. Have to agree with your morphine comment, great stuff if a little morish. I had the finger of fudge last year followed by the camera. Not the most pleasant experience, it's an exit not an entrance. They took a bit of a...

    I had a break

Hi chaps, Not been on here for a while, mainly due to health reasons. I have mental health problems which I deal with sometimes by going off line and focusing on myself until I'm firing on at least 2 of my cylinders again. I think I'm up to 3 now :lol I decided to sell rusty trusty. I needed...

    rusty trusty the Terrano

No updates on this. After pulling the interior out the rust was getting worse. It was into the body mounts on one side. That plus some mechanical and electrical faults meant I gave up on him and sold him on. Shame but sometimes you have to move on.
