My Mistral has developed a fault which brings the mangement light on occasionally. When it comes on the engine power reduces but if i tap the accelerator it often goes out. Since the management light problem the vehicle is absolutely guzzleing diesel ... prob around or less than 15mpg MAX ! ...

does the Maverick have a particular logo ?

well im 53 ... full no claims etc etc .... so dont know where they are coming from with those prices at NFU .. Maybe its because mine is a Jap import ... Ill seriously have to look elsewhre ..

out of interest is the fuel filter replacement quite easy on these ? any tips :)

doesnt seem to get worse in rain ... does it anytime but quite regular now. Im going to change the fuel filter today as its not been changed in the 18 months ive had it .. think i need to take it in to garage and on the diagnostic tester ..

Well ive got 10 years NCD ... clean licence etc ... my mistral fully comp protected last year was £495 with NFU ... last week got renewal of £830 !! Thats around a 65% hike !!!!!!!!!!!! Told them where to put it !

oh right .... well thats thrown me .... lol just needed to know if i should change it as its done around 120k miles ..
