    Bodywork Cleaning

The recent snow & bad weather has left a orangy type film of sh+++ along the running boards and general bodywork. The carwash did not shift it at all. I can only assume it is some kind of chemical or similar used in the council gritters. Can anyone recommend a good 'wash' to use to work this...

    Winter woes/Dirty Diesel??

Whilst this topic is still active, does anyone know if my 'P' reg Ford Maverick, 2.7 diesel, LWB, would have a mini filter? As some members may be aware, I have had a similar problem as 'Centurion'. How often would you recommend changing the other filters? Cheers - Paul

    Clutch?

Hi Rick, wished you lived nearer!! All I can say is that everything is fine at the moment. Where the pedal had 'dropped' he added a spare bush in. Just said that it may last a while or need replacing in the future. Think I should just go with the flow and enjoy the driving as it is! When you...

    Clutch?

Clutch was okay. There is a 'pedal frame/box' which I am told incorparates all three pedals. This box/frame had previously been broken/fractured and re-welded again but caused the whole assembly to sag. This was reason I could not get it into gear at all. Garage has fixed it temporary, but will...

    Help! Remote central locking/Car Alarm

My alarm works the same as Shanes. Unlock driver's door, open and alarm activates. Key in the ignition, turn & alarm goes off. What is the alternative if you get Timpsons or similar to programme the key? What info do they need to do this? Cheers - Paul
