hi, sorry, yes its ticking over at normal, 700-750 ish, it is when you rev it, it does it, so it seems its normal then, how very strange!! but on good side, i can sleep happy now and know when it goes for remapping on dyno on monday it'll be running ok. will let you know what it turns out...

So, K&N installed, new MAF installed, New fuel filter installed, EGR blanked off, and guess blumming well what? still got slight hesitant and misfire at 1200-1400 revs when ticking over. does not seem to do it when driving though. turbo appears to be working correctly too cos can now hear it...

K&N filter on order and here early next week, so while im throwing money into this truck, which do you think is best? PSI or Tunit2 tuning boxes? searched on here and both get thumbs up, anyone got any horror stories of either? steve

Thanks for numerous replies regarding my MAF. Im back home now so will check its fualt codes in daylight tom. now K&Ns have been brought up, i used to run them on rally cars and stock cars, so are they worth the money on a T2? They did use to give a little extra power too if i remember...

hi all, 2nd query for my 03 2.7 T2. the headlamps have the electric hieght adjustment motors on them, and they appear to be connected up to wiring loom under bonnet too. But theres no switch for them in cab. I can find a 3 wire connector plug near wing mirror adjuster but no swith for headlamps...

I want to tell you a story, and hopefully some one on here will be able to help sort this T2 out. I bought an 03 2.7 T2 in December, yes because of snow :thumb2 I love it, its nice to drive, fun in snow, good for work when van snowed in etc etc. And yes i paid a snow tax on price too!! so...
