I use 1 litter of petrol to 20 litres of oil, but will try to mix with a diesel.

I have fitted on a standard Terrano 235/85/16. They rub only on full lock a little bit, but how long do you drive with full lock on? You will be ok up to that size.

It sounds exactly same as what I had problem with few weeks ago. I had replaced the earth screw under the coolant reservoir and it sort it it. The terrano has been fine since.
