    also check for coroded wire on heater relay, you have to remove battery to get to it, sort of in the inner wing, poor conection here could be causeing current starvation to heaters and or not current flow. meter on glow plugs would confirm. steve

    White smoke, lumpy running, no power

    the banjo filter is the mini filter. have a look at my post about overflow valve, cured my problems and that of at least one other member. it is in the banjo of the return pipe, at back of pump. not 100% it is your issue, but a cheep fix if it is.

    you say you have done egr, you have taken the throtle plate/butterfly valve off? if not the engine will lack air to burn. is it a intercooler one? if you had gunge in overflow valve, it must have made its way through the pump? pump shot? if you take off overflow pipe and put pipe in to a jar...
