as said it all depends on what type of 'offroading' you do with it, i had some cooper AT's (something like that) 50/50 i found them totaly crap, so i got some insa remold turbos, iv never had a problem apart from road noise and mpg :lol:

cant get any heaver lol with all the potection plates iv got it weighs 3 tons lol

iv got front and rear air lockers, they are worth there weight in gold, when i just trundle past the green ovals lol :lol:

got none, i dont fancy shelling out over £200 for no reason :lol:

yeah the pipe that comes from that runs to the inlet side of the turbo, if pulled that off and vented to atmospher at the moment, and the amount of smoke that comes out of that is so untrue :( iv got the y61 manuel of ebay for the patrol but can not find that part in there, where abouts should...

iv uploaded some photos (yes i know my cam seal is leaking lol) you can see the amount of oil around in the induction pipes, :evil: is this the black thhing i need to get rid off :?:

aha so in theroy replace the black plastic thingy (what is it) with a catch tank?

problem is iv got the stright 6 engine, and its all diff to the T2 :cry:

iv done a quick search and its come up with nothing even on patrol4x4.com iv got a y61 2.8 stright 6 turbo diesel theres oil getting into my inlet (loads of it) that bad its like a smoke screen out the back, iv checked the turbo and thats not leaking or blow seals but theres puddles of oil in...

umm its just got a std snorkel top, none of this fancy front facing thingys, winch has been on there for atleast 9 months alltho, how much oil should be in the inlet system :lol:

its still doing it only on hills, its had a snuff test all clear, new water pump, new thermo, looking at the belts there about to break, you think thats the problem? all thats left is the V bit the top bits gone and its covered in mud lol

not on the patrol its not, its runs from the bottom of the rad hose up to just under the fuel pump,

all fitted, bloody £80 in labour, took the garage 4 hours, what a bloody place to put it, right under the fuel pump, butit dont seem to overheat now :)

HIC are really good, all my mods are on there, im only 22, 2ncb, £500 a year and they insured my stupid nova £374 with 0ncb as im using it on the troll :)
