on my lancia it had a seperate feed to the alarm which auto locked the doors!!! when fitted they would not even let me know ware the feed came from!! only way to dissable was to use the key fob and press the buttons a certain of times!!!! you may have this sort of thing fitted to your truck...

do you still have the standard alarm? had a alarm fitted to my lancia integrale which lock the doors with out touching anything to stop the robbin sods getting in? mine still run off the original alarm! if still have original alarm would say its a connection someware!
