Hi. I once found a tread about the pressure relief valve (Overflow valve) in the fuel pump. But i can't find it anymore. There was some good pictures of the valve. Does anyone know about this tread and can link it to me? Have searched and searched now without any luck. Please Help.

Thanks for some good ideas. I'll try to fit 33" and check with the SatNav. But there is a possibility to adjust the speedo. That is with changing the Pinion from the gearbox. Anyone knows a good place to get fender flares for the T2? Fjellasport hade for the T2, but they where expensive.

I want to put on bigger wheels (33") and do a 3 inch body lift. But to get this aproved in Norway, i have to calibrate the speedometer on my Terrano 2 96' Does anyone know if there is a kit for recalibrating this? Or do i need to change the Pinion in the gearbox? And does anyone know what size...

What do you need to make this 2" lift? Only spacers and ned bolts? No need for new coolant hoses, cabels or brakehoses etc...?

Im looking for a 3 inch exhaust for my Terrano II 2.7TDI Does anyone know if there is any premade 3 inch systems on the marked and where i can get it? All the way from the Turbo.

Have now connected the computer to the car and hade a drive. No error codes and the maf voltage seems ok. So the fuel line seems like a good place to start. Since when it's cold the car is worse. (rubber shrinks when cold and holes gets bigger)

Does anyone know what socket the instrument buld is? Have a couple that is not working and want to change all to LED bulbs.

My car is a 2.7TDI 97 with the hitachi system. It might sounds like a MAF problem. But wouldn't the diagnostic pick up on that? I have tryed to change the fuel filter, but it did'nt seem to get better, but it might be poor hoses og air in the system. But does not the Terrano have self...

My Terrano have been jerking between 2500 - 3500 rpm under load all winter. I changed the Camshaft sensor and the car got better atfer a while. At the time the car got better, but i see now it's because of the outside temperature. Yesterday the outside temp. was +8C and the car worked perfectly...

Probably. Tryed to block both the EGR and the Anti pollution valve. Seems to be a small difference in the power at lower rev, but not much.

This is the EGR Valve. The other one say "Anti-Pollution Valve" Do they have any connection in the system? The anti-pollution valve regulates the flow from the intercooler and into the inlet manifold.

Can you one tell me what this valve do? And what happens if i block it or the valve is faulty?

Hi Clivvy. Where did you place this self tapping screws? From the outside and in? Or is everything hidden inside the door?

Lucky for you. In Norway the Hitachi CKP cost 3500NOK (£380) But i would also lean for a poor CKP sensor. Mine hade MIL lights flashing once in a while and the car was bouncing when i floored the pedal. And it kept stalling. And i changed the MAF, fuel filter, leaks on the intercooler etc. But...
