As long as the rear diff is the one beetwen the rear wheels then I think it's correct? (it did cross my mind also that I made a mistake as the amount for the front is 1.4ltr) Only I could cock something so simple up????

There is no way it will take anymore?? after leaving for 2hrs it's still nice and level with the filler as soon as I try and put more in it just pours out?? only approx 1.5lts??? Could it be a different diff? If so!!! Have I used the correct oil???

I just measured what came out and only it was only 1.5litres? with drainage plug undone and filling plug undone left for approx 30 min until it stopped dripping? any ideas?

Finally got around to it? got 1.5 litres in but it seems to be full? Is it just a case of letting it settle?

Thanks for the advice, I now know that they are not "All like that mate!!!" and The only way to know if the correct oil is used is to do it myself? I didn't want to mess with it originaly as I had a few other thing for them to sort out and I didn't want to give them any reason not to honour...
