Hi all, well it's time to finally accept that the key I lost about a month ago isn't gonna turn up.. Now I've gotta get into my mav, and sort another key out ect. Any ideas? Am I right in thinking that if need to remove a door lock barrel so I can get a key cut or is it far more complicated...

My wing mounted one didn't work, got one from the scrappie from a fiesta and fitted it in the middle of the roof at the front, looks like it's always been there, I removed the relay for the power for the electric Aireal so the old one just sits in the wing.

Hi, I have finally got round to fitting the exhaust and I have blanked the egr piece on the exhaust off, the pipe it connects Toni have just juberlee clipped a blank in there do the time being. I want I remove the whole lot, just wondered wht else I need to do? I've never touched these before so...

Yeah it does have a tow bar and it's a 2.4 petrol but I've owned it for a year now and never got round to sorting it, it was more annoying when it rained and I couldn't get the screen / windows demisted. It's spot on half now on the temp guage :)

I've got x2 spotlights fitted on the roof, wired via a relay to a illuminated switch on the dashboard. U dont realise how much you use then until you drive another car and need realise how rubbish the reverse lights are. I also use them when loading and locking the yard up at work

Just a quick update. Fitted the stat today found the one in there to be 76.5deg one! That will explain why it was always cold. Fitted the new one and it is spot on. And I managed to do it jut by removing the rad (left the fan in) thanks for your help :)

Thanks for that, Over the past year I've put a new water pump and rad on it so I really should have done the stat when I did either of them. I've her it's a bit of a pig of a job to do? (2.4 petrol). I've ordered a stat so I will fit that over the Xmas break

Hi all, just a quick question. My terrano never really seems to get hot on the temp guage, goes upto about a quarter ten that's it. Also I think the heater could be better. Any ideas?

Thanks fr the replies, I have fitte a delay relay off of the interior light with a hidden switch, so I have a switched delayed 12v feed, that activate the siren and the amber lights on the roof ( I like to be different) but would like the hazards to flash too

Hi all, I am currently fitting a alarm and I need to find how to get the hazard lights to flash when a 12v feed is put to it. Now I've tested tr back of the switch and can only get one side to light up ( not flash) and if I put a 12v feed to the flasher relay the ignition comes on!! Help!

Hi all, thanks for all your help! I've rang online autosport (01543 410503) as daveandclaire have recommended as u couldn't see one on there eBay shop. Had a chat with the bloke who rang me back within 5 mins with a price of £99 delivered for the whole exhaust - the cat. So I'm happy :) thanks
