One thing i forgot to mention when it turn the key as far as it goes the buzzing starts again and wont crank over but turn the key back a fraction it stops buzzing and engine turns over.

Ive just started on the veggie oil route, and it works fine in my 98 TDI, it even seems to run a bit quieter, i put 20ltr of derv and 20ltr veggie run that thru, then it turned freezing so just run it on derv and now back onto 50/50 again and have done 70 miles and still going strong. Next step...
