Just had a look on ebay and there seems to be 2 or 3 different water pumps any idea which one.

Has anyone got any idea what size socket I need to take the injectors out?

Mine's leaking as well, will be doing it on my next day off, are the cheap ones on ebay ok or is it best to get a decent one?

Am no expert but if the master cylinder was all gunged up and only fluid inside everything would have thought the gunge will be in slave cylinder as well and that could be the problem.

Doesn't seem to make a difference whether hot or cold and does it most of the time altho not constant, it does it both in wet or dry weather and always use the local Esso petrol station. I did think it could be the injectors so think I will get them checked.

I have got a bit of a problem, my Maverick seems to have a bit of a misfire, sometimes worse than others, it does it most when cruising around 40 to 50 mph put pedal down to floor and it seems to calm it down but not stop it, get it up to 70ish seems to stop, any ideas please.

I think I have got a problem with the fan, it spins as normal but noise when you rev the engine like a plane setting off! doesn't happen, when I am in traffic temp gauge goes up but radiator is getting hot so I don't think its the thermostat, is there any way to test the radiator can be tested.

When it did mine a couple of years ago I used a piece of 80mm x 40mm x approx 1mtr box section and just shaped the ends up so the bumper didn't rub on the metalwork, that worked fine and the MOT tester said that will last the truck out!!

It could be worth trying to get hold of a scrapper, using what you need sell a few bits then weigh the rest in you might even break even!!

Music to my ears, if I have any problem with the hydraulics on the clutch that's the 1st thing that will come off then.
