    play toy

Got to ask yourself how much you are going to use it and how much you want to spend. Be realistic then work out a budget. I run three cars so it can may a big difference. Extra road tax , insurance and MOT. For mud plugging you could go the Series Landrover route.. Tax exempt, cheap insurance...

well I've put nealy a 1000 miles on my new (to us) Pathfinder...... 500 with the caravan on.....thoughts..... awesome! Keep in mind I've come to the '08 Pathfinder from a '03 Range Rover Vogue. I found the Pathfinder a very capable tow vehicle despite the Rangie TD6 being slightly more powerful...

    change of vehicle details

OK , as a Bobby its already been highlighted that my interest would be purely ensuring the vehicle is what it should be.. i.e. not a ringer. I'd have to be very bored to go down the line of pursuing any issues over the correct colour being on the log book, and I can see the judge rolling his...

    Nissan 4x4 event in mid-wales?

Just declared an interest. We've been on many similar meets with fellow Landrover groupies. If the dates fit and we can get there then we will be there. Only issues is I work shifts.. and with three nippers if its outside of School hols then we are stuck as Mrs Elpeede is a Teacher .

Right... still not got it but been to see it.... Its going back in to the paint shop to be sorted as the blemish/dink they were supposedly sorting, its now less of a dink but still a dink and looks like someone has been at it with nail varnish to touch up the paint. WTF! £18000 deal and they...

    Speedo on Video

You now travel 114mm more per rotation than you did before if the calculations here are correct.. http://www.club80-90syncro.co.uk/Syncro_website/TechnicalPages/TRC%20calculator.htm So this has affected you ratios hence the loading on the box will have changed. You will also notice that once...

    friend needs help

Pour it in to clear containers... let the contaminate settle.. If it is water then the diesel should sit on top..(if I recall correctly.) Syphon off the good stuff and leave a little above the water line. Then he'll just have a small amount to get rid of. Just a thought! Failing that leav it...

    Interior Dash Clock

Having had more time to think it over you can leave the present resistor in and wrap the new resistor wires arond the old and solder it up.. the knackered one won't affect owt.. and it'll mean your less likely to screw up the board

    diesel pump it is

Is there no way to check the pressures on the rails? Or are the injectors individually fed?

    Interior Dash Clock

There is the colour code chart you need. Once you figure out the resistance, let me know I'll have a rummage.. as generally the resistors are bought in multipacks.. if you just need 1 or 2 (best to be safe) I'll post you one if I have the one you need. With regards to soldering... just get some...
