i would say £200 tops on labour. i hate the job as they are heavy and awkward taking off torsion bars etc but i can do it in a day with no lift. put it this way - i wouldnt mind £700 for a days sweat!!! i wouldnt entertain anything close to 700, they are taking the piss.

its not a difficult job to change the clutch in these, you just need a trustworthy competant person who isnt going to rip you off. most small privatly owned garages are prob your best bet over the likes of these large firms where mechanics are now extinct and they just have fitters, fancy set...
