yep 10mm narrower. its 75% of 255mm instead of 70% of 265mm so about 6mm difference. 12mm overall i think? someone please correct me if im wrong

255 is tread width in mm. 75 is % of tread width as the profile(sidewall)

as rustic says a lot less probs with the td. if you want more poke get pump opened up and more boost on turbo and fit a front mount intercooler in front of rad, cheap to do and it would piss past a tdi!

halfords cheaper ones a no no if you use quite a bit. my main set i use is a halfords pro and its great for the money. gets a lot of rough treatment with bars on the rachets! had it about 4 years. broken a few of the torx bits and replaced the inards in the small rachet. it was £100 in christmas...

hi folks, on later terranos the hazard switch is built into the radio. i have found the kit inc facia panel, iso converter etc but it is £100 on the bay, has anyone found a cheaper option or way around this? im tight and dont want to spend £100 on a peice of plastic and a converter block worth...

it should pull more than that top end. banjo filter first off. my old tdi used to be about 18-20 towing 3 ton and 26ish driving it hard normally. clutch bearing noisy when clutch pressed, more likely input shaft ratling on box - just ignore it, its a tdi thing!
