First corner done and everything bolted up. Bumper tweaked a bit more but I'm still not 100% with it so a bit more tweaking required.

It'd have been bolted up properly if that seam sealer would've turned up. Bumper still needs some more tweaking as the winch mount catches the front cross member and the brackets still need a tweak to get it to sit how I want. Not heard anything from my mate who was doing the box section...

Bored waiting for the sealer to appear so I've been out tinkering again :D Chopped the brackets and moved them up, temp welded to check how it sat, much better but still needs tweaking. Mounted the wing and drilled it all ready, fitted the arch cover too which needs a bit of silicone then it...

Waiting on seam sealer turning up halted plans yesterday, was hoping to have the drivers side sealed, waxoiled and built back up but it never arrived :doh Trail fitted the winch bumper to check how far I need to move the brackets up as it's built originally for a truck with a 2" lift.

As shit as they are Halfords have some cracking deals on stereos tbh, the daughters not long bought a kenwood with usb/aux etc for £50. I wouldn't let them fit it mind but you'll get the iso cable and all you need from them.

Winah bumper collected, needs a bit of a tweak to get to fit right as it's do a lifted truck but I've got that covered :thumb2

Shackles arrived today, supposed to come with the snorkel but where it packaged so Adam got them straight out. Painted the 3 arches I could manage to get to.

I was just about to link Adam. 40" was either £85 or £99 depending on what I wanted. Once I'm mobile again I'll be having one off him as the service he gives is excellent :thumb2

Gave one of the arches a quick lick of black just to try. Looks like I'll be doing them all properly before refitting :lol So much better than the original grey :thumb2

I've not mate tbh, the bottle came as part of the package and is 30 to refill but the guy that did my exhaust deals with bigger bottles and says he can sort me out. Gonna nip and see him in the morning with the filler neck anyway so I'll see what he what he can do for me :thumb2

I'll be going over all the grommets with some silicone while I can get to them and sealing them all. The big wiring harness one has my amp lead going through and there's one behind the intercooler that the vac pipe goes through for my boost gauge.

Going for a bigger bottle this time I think, I'm quite pleased to say I've never welded properly before. It's not the prettiest but aslong as it holds then it'll be sound, I'll cover it in underseal/waxoil anyway. Some of it is going to be tricky and I'm scratching my head as to how to get...
