You might want to check out Lastpass, its an addon for most browsers, remembers all login details & can form fill, far superior & safer than using browsers built in feature. I have had more trouble with Firefox than Chrome personally but then I run 3 browsers all the time, so I'm covered.

I would not be quite so sure about that. the key just sends a signal to the car receiver, that then issues the commands, the NATS is all on the car, the Chip in the key is just an identifier. So in theory provided you have original chip and the right frequency transponder the key should work...

It might be stolen with mismatched keys :lol but you should keep spare keys clear when using to avoid confusing the sensor.
