Whilst under the Mav gettiing covered in diesel & muck I noticed a broken seal (dust cover). 1. whats the correct name for part & secondly how much trouble fitting new seals. Thanks in advance

No, Red line go's to master cylinder, both front brakes are independently fed from ABS Actuator, There are 3 feeds off master cylinder, primary & secondary to ABS Actuator, 3rd go,s to LSV exactly as shown in drawing, the other pipe from LSV go's to ABS Actuator.

Cheers Rick, just to clarify when you say front pipe, thats the nearest feed towards front of car on the LSV regardless whether it connects to Master cylinder or ABS control, as I haven't traced which go's where yet. Thanks

All I know is I was all geared up to do this & now :doh

Also the ABS feeds front & rear separately

I know, Rick just said blank the front pipe, maybe he didn't realise I have ABS, some have ABS but no LSV so is that possible for me :augie

I think it just makes it easier to fit the pipe work, handy for me anyway.

Also NOTE its the middle feed on the LSV which goes to the rear brakes, not as shown in the first diagram.
