bit on lower arm has a nut under it i think.. lock molegrips on top halh so when i spins they snag and it spins no more and undo the nut...

weld something to it to stop the spinning it you have a welder...

if its the bit in chasse just cut it wi an angle grinder.. it will drop out the bit in arb will come off with mole grips and a socket will it not?
