On mine you press and hold the lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to switch between "convenience" and "anti-hijack" mode and same again to switch back again.

The single din plate and hazard switch on my 2004 just pulls off. I took out the radio and poked my fingers in the din hole and pulled from there. If I remember right there are just 4 spring steel clips holding it to the surround/backing.

Might just be my suspicious mind working again but the listing shows a "Generic Image". I would double check with the seller that this is indeed a plain unsilenced pipe and not just a replacement centre silencer...
