    Hazzard Warning Switch

I have had cars before that have an impact sensor (disco!) If you hit a bump hard off road it would set the hazards off. Reset was simply engine off and back on again. If you are setting this off, you may be driving a bit too hard over the bumps. :naughty I don't know if Terranos and 'trol's...

    Wanted - Patrol wheel

I am now the proud owner of 4 genuine 'trol alloys - slightly used :augie. I will keep one as my new spare, the others are up for grabs at £88 each. (and you will have to collect!) I am having to drive to Nottingham, wherever the heck that is, to get them. I don't think the 'trol has ever been...

    Wanted - Patrol wheel

Thanks for the offer but I have decided to stay with the standard wheels. Tyres arrived today BFG 305/70/16 M/T. :clap :clap

    mot fail

Always good to have a relationship with a good garage with an MOT test centre. While you don't want them to be too hard, you do want a thorough job. You and yours in the car depend on them spotting the faults before they become dangerous. :bow Once you have found a good one, letting them do the...

For sale: Warn receiver shackle hitch

Looks very nice, but what does it do? :nenau

Interesting for you radio wave fans

I had a similar experience some years ago, Stopped my car (disco at the time!) directly outside an Estate Agents while collecting a take away. When I returned, I could unlock the car, but the alarm kept going off and the immobiliser would not go off. Eventually got the RAC out, who put in on the...

    Wanted - Patrol wheel

Thanks for the link. I have a permanent hook into ebay to let me know if a Patrol wheel goes on there. I have no idea why this didn't send me a message. :( I am interested, but as you say, we need another 2 'trol owners to join in. :augie Any takers? :nenau

    Wanted - Patrol wheel

Having now sorted the tyres, I decided to stay with the original 'troll alloys. I am booked in to have them refurbished and painted black in the new year. :thumb2 This leads me back to the question of this thread - I am still looking for a matching alloy to replace the steel spare. Anyone got...

    Advice on Patrol Tyres

I have finally made the decision on the tyres, and am staying with the 33" diameter. I am concerned that any bigger and I will struggle with the 3 tonne trailer. BFG M/T 305/70/16's due this weekend. :D

    60+ MPG from a T2

You Terrano drivers are living a life of luxury. Get a 'trol and really make friends with you local filling station. 18mpg around town and goes up to 21 on a long, gentle run. But we don't run them to save money, we run them to intimidate all the other road users. :naughty :augie

    got me mot😀

All sounds good, but I am slightly concerned about wishing you Lucy. She may not appreciate it. :naughty

    Diesel Bob

I've been doing this since I read about it on one of the threads here. 6 weeks and 2 tankfulls and the 'troll seems quieter and happier. :thumb2

    Lifting the suspension

I had the lift and other work done by Devon 4x4. Having just looked on their web site again, the car now has it's own storyboard. :thumb2 Story and pictures are on http://www.devon4x4.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=category&id=74:nissan-patrol-y61-monster-truck&Itemid=138

Ready for the Snow.... If we ever get any!

I ones I have seen come with "protection mats". Don't know how good they would be, which is why I was asking if anyone has used one. :nenau

Ready for the Snow.... If we ever get any!

How about one of the inflatable jacks that run off the exhaust? Has anyone tried one of these. Should be easier to store in the car and better on mud and snow. :nenau

    Project Front bumper..

You appear to have missed getting mud on the OS headlight. Go back and try again. :naughty:clap:augie

Is your MOT and road tax due?

I just tried this and the web site is down. :doh Possibly too many Nissan owners checking their dodgy MOT's have actually been registered? :augie
