MKIV - No rear wiper, no wash, no intermittent wiper on the front = fuse. I'd double check it just to make sure!!! Dont forget there are 2 fuses... one is for the washer pump, one for the washer motor (which also does rear wiper) :thumb2

Have you checked the water-level in the battery??? Or check for it bubbling when its running/cranking, or sulpher round it???? Check and clean your connections too. I would deffo recon its the battery.... cold weather will instantly kill a battery that aint 100% and it aint been above...

I would say definatly... as you add each litre your watering it down!!! Just before the cold snap I dumped probably half of the water out of mine by removing the pipe and filled it back up with neat anti-freeze... it prob at 60-odd percent now. Better safe then sorry!!! :thumb2

Hi Jim, My 'other' car is a Zafira... low profile 'eco drive' tyres which are like F1 slicks!!!! It doesnt like either starting or stoping as soon as it gets a sniff of ice or snow - in facts its pretty damn dangerous really round where I live!!!! :eek: Luckly it being a company car though...
