I've not been up to much, I changed oil and filter on Monday then changed oil again today :D I've bought a link/ relay bar for the steering, are the old ones known to be difficult to remove is it worth buying a splitter/puller of some sort or will a couple of whacks with the thumb detector do...

Did you strip them down and replace just the disks or did you change the complete cartridge?
