guys i seen a tow bar from a 96 2.4 terrano.. will it fit my 53 plate 2.7 deisel? also there are no bolts with it .. are these easily available?...

do you keep the roof box on all the time? carry anything you dont need to? over sized tyres?

imho the bits n pieces youve done are not going to give you any mpg gains. Good bit of maintenance tho. i think mine gives me around 30 on a run witch isnt bad . I know k&n state slight mpg increase but all the cars iv had fitted with a k&n seem to be driven with a slightly heavier right foot...

Just to put this subject to rest, i fitted a new lever boot today...NO MORE SMELL YIPPEE :P

Guys iv found the problem, on closer inspection the boot under the gear lever has 2 splits in it im guessing when window is open the fumes are being drawn thru the split in the booty... new one needed now

Guyz im still getting a smell after changing all oils, iv redirected the gearbox breather to over the back axle to try and diminsh the smell completely. STILL GETTING IT! Iv replaced the injector run off pipes and the one going to the fuel pump, The only other thing i can think of is to use...

Iv replaced the lot jopnathan apart from the pipe that runs to the fuel pump

iv used 2 swb vitaras 1.6 8v in standard form they need some work , i spent around 2500-3k on mine , live axle conversion twin lockers 33s and a 12000 lb winch vits i love em :wink:

smell sorted was coming from 4th imjecter pipe thamks for youra advice guys..

right changed oil everywhere still getting the smell ffs diffs done tran case gearbox done

getting the smell from under the bonnet i think

My god i just emptied the gear box oil THE SMELL! refilled will give it a try today , changed engine oil too.. :o

iv already checked that booty its fine
