    Patrol GR Build.

That's a lovely machine Fubby! I'm not so fussed about the colour really, its buried in the engine bay... Just thought it's a better idea than messing on with the old rattly tin heat shield!

    Patrol GR Build.

Aye, it's decent stuff like.. Cheap as chips too. I think I paid £6.00 for 10m. Used it before on bike exhausts and it works really well! :thumbs

    Patrol GR Build.

I haven't finished yet, but I've painstakingly gone thru this thread and tried to re-add as may pictures as I can since Photobucket decided not to host without payment! It feels like it's been an age since I've actually done anything on the Old Girl, so I thought that I might prepare the 3"...

Ha Ha Ha! Sorry mate... Just made an assumption because we're on the Exxy's build thread... I suppose there is a picture of my Patrol up there! :doh It came from a company called Escape 4x4... ... Unfortunately, after looking thru their website this morning, it looks as tho they have stopped...

    Elty001's terrano project

Yeah me too, but this had to fit somewhere very specific under the bonnet of another 4x4,so I wanted it to be water tight. I think I still have the pictures of the build... I'll maybe try to stick them on here in my build thread in a bit.

    Elty001's terrano project

My Aux fuse box is in the passenger footwell, screwed to the kick panel. (It's not been kicked yet!) That other box you can see with the plugs on it, it the relay distribution box I made to power the roof lights.

    Claire's Mini Beast!

Went out at the weekend for a little drive about... Nothing too tough! Got ourselves set up for a bit of alfresco dining. Crossed a few streams and rivers... In the trucks and on foot! Tok a few short videos, but I don't think I can embed them on here from Facebook... Can I?

    Claire's Mini Beast!

When I looked at these pictures, I thought exactly the same about the back of the truck. I'll think of something. :naughty (Wish I had the know how to make a swing away arm for the spare tyre!)

    Claire's Mini Beast!

It's funny how things work out... As I was taking the photos, We got nabbed by the owner of the vehicle. (A nice lady who was walking three Lab Retrievers) Turns out she rescues them from Turkey and re-homes them over here. We just lost Millie before Christmas, mid November time and feel...

    Claire's Mini Beast!

Went for a little drive to the local bay so we could have a stroll round and found another X-Trail to take some comparison pics next too... Not quite the level car park I would of like for a comparison, but not terrible! :thumbs

    Claire's Mini Beast!

So I decided not to go with the suspension limit straps after all... The deciding factor for this was the fact that the rear wheels were pretty much at full droop with the suspension lift and spacer combo. Since there's no way to adjust the rear wheel camber, it was pretty obvious this was a...

    BFG Tyres

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend of mine. He's selling his BFG KO2's. They are 225/70R16 (Approx 28.5") These probably would of fit Claire's X-Trail perfect without any clearance issues... But he's only just contacted me about them! :doh There's 4 of them and are about 25% worn...
