So I decided not to go with the suspension limit straps after all...

The deciding factor for this was the fact that the rear wheels were pretty much at full droop with the suspension lift and spacer combo. Since there's no way to adjust the rear wheel camber, it was pretty obvious this was a no go.

So, I just took the spacer out. :nenau

Went for a little drive to the local bay so we could have a stroll round and found another X-Trail to take some comparison pics next too... Not quite the level car park I would of like for a comparison, but not terrible! :thumbs

It's funny how things work out...

As I was taking the photos, We got nabbed by the owner of the vehicle. (A nice lady who was walking three Lab Retrievers)

Turns out she rescues them from Turkey and re-homes them over here.

We just lost Millie before Christmas, mid November time and feel lost without a pooch in the mix. We knew we would eventually get another dog, and instantly fell in love with one of the dogs she was walking that day.

Now that we are back home, we have contacted her via her re-homing page and setting up a meet!

Only the back of the truck needs some attention to make it rough like the rest of the car.

And lovely how to see hoe things van work out.
We have a rescue dog from Greece over here. Got him in september and looking from a picture can be a bit exiting, but we couldn't have wished for a better dog.

When I looked at these pictures, I thought exactly the same about the back of the truck. I'll think of something. :naughty

Went out at the weekend for a little drive about... Nothing too tough!

Got ourselves set up for a bit of alfresco dining.

Crossed a few streams and rivers... In the trucks and on foot!

Ha Ha Ha! Sorry mate... Just made an assumption because we're on the Exxy's build thread... I suppose there is a picture of my Patrol up there! :doh

It came from a company called Escape 4x4...

... Unfortunately, after looking thru their website this morning, it looks as tho they have stopped selling them.

Even tho they still have some Nissan Patrol stuff, they have taken it out of the Nissan Sub Category in the product listings! :nenau
