Id go with lazy glow plugs. The oily specks os normal as wet diesel deposits. When is the white smoke happening

My 2002 has twin cup holder under radio and did have hazzard switch in radio. Will put pics up in min of double din but remember work in progress as not pretty at moment. You've been warned lol
