    But if Zippy wants a body lift so he can fit larger tyres then the hight of the tow bar will still go up unless he's going to run 2 sets of wheels

    You would have the same shift distance but the gear stick would prob start foulling the centre console depending how high you lift the body

    There are many places where you can mount the CB but most peeps with T2's use the cubby hole infront of the gear sticks which is where mine is going soon.     indicators. an idea!!

    It can be done but it depends on how much work your willing to do:augieI fitted 4 small round clear indecator lights into the mirrors on my mk4 escort but you have to remove the class 1st & as you know there is a high chance of it breaking

    rear indicators not working

    From what you have said I think you will have a brake in the earth wire for the indicator, you'll prob have to take the whole light unit out & check all the wires & give the light unit a good clean up as it could also be just a bad contact:augie

    Noneon a T2 (never heard of on splitting)may change mine to silcone ones in time as they are getting old:rolleyes:

    They work better once they have a bit of muck on them:naughtyhad a few over the years on different cars & have always found an increase in mpg, beter throttle reasponce & better pick up in higher gears:rolleyes:plus as you said fit & forget:lol
