    I am looking at a terrano on ebay. mine has biven up the ghost. its a 2001 2.7tdi auto facelift.... would it likely be bosch rather than hitachi? my 2000 was a hitachi... but also wasn't facelift thanks :-):nenau

    thank you my good sir. put some 10w40 oil down them tomorrow. if its gasket, then change it, if its valves...? Edit: may use my dads xtrail for a moment to use its battery and sparks

    thank you for your response. I am going to get a compression kit tomorrow and test that see if a cylinder is far lower than the rest. if it was compression, so piston rings, is it usually one piston that goes or would they ware equally so all be low. just so I have an idea if I'm looking for...

    I got it with what was meant to be a bad head gasket. But wanted to test it. Only because the oil looked good so was curious. May need to get a compression kit. Though I doubt there is a haynes on the xtrail. Because I don't know the torque settings or order

    I have gotten hold of an xtrail but she won't start. I charged the battery, shows green in the little window. Have checked fuel pump it's working fine. Removed Sparks to crank and all 4 holes shoot out fuel. While Sparks are out I kept them in the coils and grounded them and all 4 spark...

    Working Older post I know. But I have used steel seal a few times over the years. Only once never worked for me but was on an mg and was using a rubber gasket. Other than that it's worked on a pajero, xtrail, xtrail, xtrail, ka, ☺never had it cause blockage issues.

    I removed my complete aircon unit. Rad, pipes, compressor, ect ect. .... I dont know why. Also removed my side steps and spare wheel and bracket.

    Driver door fault makes sence. I noticed yesterday that if I close the door softly the doors don't react. But if I slam or close my driver door with any sort of force all the doors lock. With the others doors being in some sort of dead lock mode. I sent you an email
