Maybe the picture of the area's not clear enough. You can see the rounded end of the lower arm, just to the right of this there's a crack through the entire frame to the left of the bolts from the tie bar. You can see at the bottom of the frame. if you click on the image you should be able to...

On the top picture it looks like there is a crack between where the single bolt passes through the lower arm and the two bolts to the right of it. The nearside certainly doesn't have this large split. Are you sure it's nothing to worry about? don't want the front wheel falling off or anything.
