Any amount of water getting in to the injection pump is bad news; water will not compress and will cause irreversible damage to the pump such as pitting of the rotor. Water being heavier than diesel will always fall to the bottom of the filter trap, so if you suspect you have water in the trap...

Adding LPG to a diesel should help fuel economy, as you shouldn’t need so much right boot, but weighing up the cost of installation and gas, you wouldn’t see a huge saving.

Never come across 148, I presume to get that you had 14 long flashes and 8 short. Did you clear them and check after to see if you had any recurring.

With your foot off the clutch the thrust bearing isn’t spinning or in contact with the clutch pressure plate, so how can it make a noise?
