Put the wheel nuts back on, but just run them up with your fingers so there not at all tight .Then get in the car and just drive it up and down the drive a few times ,breaking and reversing.(don't go on the road!) this should free it.

Look at the maf, if its a bosch maf it's a bosch pump. if its a Hitachi maf,it's a zexcel pump,as a rule.
