Recently noticed a light vibration coming mainly through the steering wheel only really noticeable on deceleration and carent make my mind up what it is, possibles I thought of are: wheel bearing, oil in diff. injector clogged up. Anyone had this trouble in the past? We are going away tomorrow...
Some time ago we had a lovely BMW 520 which got wrote off we were lucky in the fact Maggie worked in the motor business at the time and the car had been recovered back to a compound there. A figure had been agreed for the car and we were waiting for the insurance to come and collect it...
I did a very cheap spray job. got the paint off flea-bay I think it came from Ireland but not sure anyhow had to do it outside so judging the weather was the hardest bit but all went on OK not bad paint at all. Now its done its a lot easier to keep on top of the wing rust and after rubbing...
I did ours last year all satin black, I think it looks cool also hides the rust on the front wings better. also easier to match after I treat the wings (again) :thumb2:thumb2
And the big thing a lot of people forget (besides shovel carpet etc) is what tyres
has my truck got on :nenau off road, all terrain, snow, or just plain old road tyres. I've notices a lot of Range Rover Drivers do that by the way. :doh
Hi guys just need to pick your brains on the matter of tyre sizes. At the moment I am running on 255/75/15 Kumho,s and have a 2" lift. What would be the biggest tyre size I could go to with this set up? Cheers. :confused:

Cheers lads, had a good look today, but have decided to leave it the wing looks OK but its shot, normal problem, rust. Shame truck is running good, I think might upgrade next year if funds allow.
Washer bottle is leaking and over three or four days loose all water. Has anyone takled washer bottle before, looks like its behind inner wing drivers side :confused::confused:

Truck wouldn't start yesterday after going fine after I had cleaned the earth a couple of weeks ago. So looking at the small plug that slips onto the post on the starter (earth lead I suppose)I reckon its Knackered,I bodged it by pushing a piece of metal between the post and the inside of the...
Starter very new at £196. The good news is really got in and checked earth wire from starter, one end corroded,give it a good scrub and presto back on road again. So once again thanx to all for their ideas and suggestions. :thumb2 :clap
