Would not be a case of changing the alignment of the beam by using the headlight adjusters. The left one faces in to the left so screw it back so it's pulled to the right and same on the other side. I can't see the Japs having different headlights. Just a thought

First off check your battery terminals and fuses both inside the vehicle and in the engine bay and see how you get on. Sounds like a loose connection.

It sounds like power is getting there but not enough to turn it. Still sounds like an earth problem either the battery terminal or earth strap on starter motor. The click is power to the starter solenoid, but not turning. Have you checked to see if your starter motor to see it has not come...

When I turn the fan control to "Auto " the fan goes but only when the vent switch is on demist of the front window. When I change the setting to vent else where it turns off. Can turn the fan up manually and goes but doesn't chill down with aircon on when not on demist :cry: Sometime even on...

Have a look at the thermostat housing and see if the connectors are ok there should be 3. 1. The glow plugs 2. Temperature gauge 3. EGR If any are disconnected this could explain some of your cold starting problems, just a long shot. If not that check the fuses.

Sounds like your starter motor, but first: Check the earth strap on the starter motor both ends and see if it is corroded or loose.

Check your over flow hose to the expansion chamber and see if blocked, if ok replace the radiator cap. If still persisting then thermostat Start with simple cheap things first :wink:
