That does look clean :thumb2 I tow an almost 2 tn caravan with my auto and it's been spot on. Mine has the same stereo set up as yours and if it didn't have the cd player under the drivers seat, I would have changed it by now. It works perfectly though apart from the display.

As above, the axle with a plate on the rear is the newer one and mine pin holed up on top. I did replace the diff oil seal before realizing, and it wasn't a bad job, so if you're lucky it might be that. If not I did pick up an earlier axle which had the larger brakes and abs sensors still...

I unbolted the steering rack at the donut and measured the gap when finished and a second donut was a perfect fit. A word of warning.... If you do this, tie the steering wheel to stop spinning it and stretching/braking the wires to the switches/horn..... Eh Banshee???:hide:

On my 15 inch road wheels I have Nexen all terrain tyres. I bought them off a mate who scrapped his truck just after buying them. They're 275 75 15 so wider than standard, fit ok and have been fantastic. They're cheap too, in comparison.

Yesterday we travelled up from Norwich to Scarborough to meet pals who have travelled down from Lanarkshire. A yearly catchup and see a few sites. Scarborough castle today and then a couple of hours in the hotel swimming pool. Might take a drive to Whitby tomorrow before heading home.
