    Good luck with the garage m8....Had and intermittent misfire with a V6 Granada I used to have...was due to fouled plug on No 6...cause... goosed valve stem oil seal..plug would foul over a couple of weeks and start to misfire...     According to the manual the LSD oil should be changed every 120,000 kilometres or 72,000 miles or after 72 months...whichever comes first. So not exactly regular maintenance item :)

    I've seen a product last time I was in Halfords especially for repairing cracked plastic bumpers. If I remember correctly it was some kind of special glue and finishing paste/filler. Might be worth checking out before laying out on a replacement bumper.
