As this has now been sold subject to sorting the rear brakes (both cables seized, and loss of fluid) and exhaust blowing, I thought I had better get on with it as the guy wants to do the Slindon meet Sunday 10th, so this is where the fluid was going, make and fit a new pipe tomorrow

For those changing the HB cables this is the sprag that hold them into the back plate, it is a real barstuard to remove as you cannot get at it

Near side, I fully expected the slider pins to be seized but no all 4 are good, pistons are a bit stiff though, so i will work those a little

Need a mod or two here as need to hang recovery strap here, more in the week, Rick

Had to change the NS caliper as one piston remained stiff, did a bit of welding on the front to carry the strap, this time a bit more solid on the winch girder, before they were on the body and a bit too flexible, dumper tyres are back on so she is all ready for play on Sunday, I of course will be taking my Patrol and intend doing some really heavy winching, Rick

Yes Jim I have had a good deal of fun in it and has served me well but I am getting older and balance is not as good as it was so going to take it a bit easier Lol, Rick
