borrow some monies, they don't come up often 2nd hand.

What's it worth top whack Pete? as it has three days yet to go, also says collection in person, bit of a drive from Scotland for a bumper, all adds to cost, Rick

I recon £450-500 what it's worth. Otherwise you might be better off getting a local place to make a custom one?

2.30 hr drive for me to pick it up. Might be some local member a little closer though? Remember location is newport shropshire, not newport south wales.

Making ne look forward as i'm going to get a winch bumper too:naughty fed up with my terrano looking like stock. And the bumper looks gay:rolleyes:

don't expect to insure it until your possibly 25 then, alot of companies that do modded 4x4 policies are shying away from under 25s. :(

I know, I'm not expecting too, hence the reason I'm modding:thumb2

Bally whatsit I only gave £520 2.5 years ago for the motor I came to Wales in, far too much for a bumper, be interesting to see what it goes for, Rick

I guess it depends on what other people will pay, I may be wrong.

But arb bumpers are alot new.

Yeh my budget is gonna be slightly less... but I think I have worked out a way to afford it. Fez, Makeitfit, you are both bad influences! :rolleyes: :lol

A new ARB Bumper with the full width bar is just over £1,200 so reckon this is an opportunity I can't let pass without giving it a punt.

Trying to collect the bumper if I get it is gonna be the interesting one though - having just done seperate trips to Devil's Bridge and Aynho all in the same week it'll be a few weeks before I can get down again.

If there was a club member from that area able to pick it up for me and hold it until I could get down I'd give you something for your trouble, either that or courier? :nenau

I'd probably be willing to go and pick it up with a trailer or my roof rack for fuel cost as a last option. Sometimes my local freight courier man goes up scotland, If he is going up there anyway and his vans got space he'd take it up for like £50.

Shame it didn't come up on the wales trip, pretty much on the way.

You may be able to get a freight company to do it for about £80.

The chap selling this seems to think it will fit Y60 and Y61. this is the reply i got;
"Hi not to sure to be honest didn't come off my own truck just know it was from a 98 but from what I have researched should fit both as the front chassis is the same regards mike":nenau

Any Ideas Chaps.
