I wonder, if there is a business opportunity, for someone in the car dismantling business to have an arrangement to ship over rust prone parts, like wings, from a country like say, Australia, or some where that doesn't use salt on their roads, or has a drier environment than here in the UK :doh
Some countries never have the humidity to start rust in the first place.
For example, in Arizona, USA, there are thousands of used aircraft, stored in open areas, where they are naturally preserved by the dry atmosphere of this dessert environment. 0% humidity most of the time.
Looking at those prices...
Shipping would be the biggest cost, but a full container might be attractive if you have a ready market.
