X Trail sump rotten

I have a 2002 2.2 litre td x trail.
The sump has rotted through and drained the oil.
I spoke to Nissan and they want nearly two hundred quid for the new sump and gasket.
anyone out there know where i may get a used sump.

I've seen a company called First Nissan on Ebay breaking lot's of Nissan's. Also a couple of years ago I used a web site called partsgateway that search breakers yards for you.

Sumps v expensive due to the bits they have inside.

is it comlpletly gone or just one spot? if one spot have a plate welded over :nenau(once taken off- and cleaned) paint up re-fit

rotten sump more often now as not many oil leaks to rust proof the stone chips, or rock scrapes!!!:thumb2
