terrano 2.7tdi runs ok on diesel. when I run it on wvo it will not rev over 2.500rpm and engine light comes on. mini filter clean also fuel filter ok. used fuel can direct to fuel pump with wvo still same problem.Do you think it is a faulty fuel pump ? running 50/50wvo now but would run ok on 100%wvo for the last year or so

strange one but not likley to be the fuel pump if its ok on diesel. id be tempted to remove the mini filter clean the maf. might be water in the wvohave you dewatered and dried it prior to use ?

WVO argh I hope you're at least filtering it :doh
You probably got half a deep fried mars bar stuck in the pump :lol
Dont forget some wvo can have been round the block a few times and have a noticeably lower octane level. Chuck some octane boost in it or petrol perhaps.

good thinking i am running almost neat svo since its warmed up again with 10% petrol to thin it

Waste veg needs heating to get water out and filtering a couple of times at least through the microns to get the shit out

yes very time consuming i done it with my vectra tho not heater just something suitable to thin it a little
