Wooshing noise air leak ???

Help for a couple of weeks now, when driving going up the gears the Engine sounds different like a woohsing noise on each gear change its not gears, it sound nice but different like air. just had new front down pipe fitted thinking turbo air leak ????? T2 running well.just sounds different.

under normal reving the engine sound powerful and ok
