Won't start!!

It's charging. I ran it for 20 mins or so. Stopped and then restarted. I expect the draw for the immobolizer will kill it again by tonight.
 
Fired up tonight, let's see what she's like in the morning. If she won't start, the council should be knocking around to give another free jump start.

Those were great vehicles, very reliable, hardly leaked oil, and were very capable.

Pity you don't see many Lada Rivas around now, but when we visited Azerbaijan a few years ago there were loads.:thumb2

Not at the same time. Traded one in for another new one

My Uncle ran a whole cab company with those when they first came over here.. They never went wrong, and usually came out of any little scrapes with other cars without a mark... In fact, they were so reliable that all the local dealers were not making enough on spares sales, and kept closing down, till it got to the point he had to travel so far for their servicing it became uneconomical, so running "Dorf's" like all the other taxi firms took over.
