hi i have a terrano xstream 2.7td i have just briught it off a guy from penrith who has owned it for 8years, he has coverted it to off road spec. now when i started the 4x4 i noticed it did not seem responsive when my foot was to the floor it sort of dragged it self up asif the advancer was not working.but i brought it anyway. i came down the motorway at 70 all the way back and did not miss abeat. but today i went to go off roading and when i fueled up i was on the way and found that it started to pull bk and would not rev past 3000 revs. when i got to the off rd day i went round the course no probs and after 1hr noticed it was lacking power and would not rev past 2000 revs now. so i decided to make my way bk. when i was approaching hills i was down to first gear 10mph. and bits of blue smoke. now when i got it back today this is what i have done to try and work out whats wrong....i dropped the tank blowed out the fuel lines with a air line. blowed clean the filter in the bango fitting in pump..now i have taken the pipes off the filter housing and put them straight into a can of clean diesel started and reved up to 4000 revs but then died down to 2/2500 revs. i also disconected the airflow meter and it made no diffrence.... also the last owner has run this on bio diesel. wot could the problem most likely to be? fuel pump. airflow mas or wot please advise thanx paul:nenau
